Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Please provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. There will be a 50% service charge if you fail to comply. No call no shows will result in a 100% service charge for missed appointments.
Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late, I cannot guarantee your appointment time. Depending on my bookings for the day I may need to reschedule your service or charge a $15 late fee. I understand that life happens and will try my best to accommodate you.
All deposits are non refundable.
